PRINCIPLES OF THE CORPORATE COACHING PROGRAM'S STRUCTURING

1. On the basis of pre-program interviews with leaders and HR specialists of a company-client, we adjust our base training program to needs and challenges of a definite company.  

2. For every corporate project, from our large pool of the best international coach-trainers and Executive-coaches we are able to choose those who match needs of a client.

3. We provide training, coaching support and the whole service in Latvian and Russian (if required).

4. We undertake all organizational works regarding implementation of coaching training program for leaders and managers of a company-client.

5. If preferred by a company-client, the Program's participants can pass an exam for the international professional coach certificate. In this case, our specialists arrange an oral and written exam for participants.

The most effective Coach Programs took place over several months (eg. three to six), allowing participants plenty of opportunities for practice and reflection between workshops.
